I was enrolled in the register of lawyers of Bologna in 2007, after graduating in law at the University of Bologna. My dissertation was on labour law regarding temporary work in Italian public administrations (supervised by Prof. Franco Carinci).

I began work at Maffei Alberti e Associati law firm in 2003, and became an associate in 2018.

I deal with all areas of civil and commercial law, with particular regard to company law and corporate crisis law.

I have gained significant experience in consulting and ongoing assistance during extraordinary administration proceedings for large enterprises in a state of insolvency.

In out-of-court field, in particular, I practiced in M & A and contracts law fileds.

I have a good knowledge of written and spoken English.
